ConnectGear RMA Rules and Regulations:

• Returns will not be accepted without RMA number.
• Minimum 15% restocking fee on return for credit if the invoice is over 30 days.
• We reserve the right to reject "return for credit" for any purchase over 60 days.

ConnectGear RMA Procedures: 

• Once we receive your RMA request, we will issue a RMA number and advise your RMA number through e-mail.
• Once you have the RMA number, you can return the merchandise, with freight pre-paid, to us at the following address.

• Make sure you mark the RMA number on the box
• The defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced.
• We will return the repaired merchandise by UPS Ground or equivalent service.
