GS24RE V2 is a 24 port 10/100 Fast Ethernet Rackmount Switch for high speed network solutions.  It's a high-quality cost effective and reliable network switch for small, medium and large scale networks.  GS24RE V2 supports 10/100Mbps Auto-Negotiation and MDI/MDI-X on all ports to allow both 10Base-T and 100Base-TX devices to co-exist on the same network and without the need for confusing crossover cables for connecting to other network devices.  It also supports Half and Full Duplex data transfer mode for connections to high speed servers or switch-to-switch configurations.

Auto-Negotiation - Each port is capable of automatically sensing the connected device's speed (10Mbps or 100Mbps) and duplex (Half or Full) mode.  It's 100% transparent to users - a truly plug and play device.

Full Duplex - The full duplex feature can double the network throughput on every port.  It is used for high speed server or switch-to-switch connections.  The maximum throughput of each individual port can reach up to 200Mbps !

Non-Blocking - It delivers non-blocking performance at full-duplex mode on all ports.  This feature provides full wire speed to the connected devices and greatly increases the network performance.

Store and Forward - Designed using store and forward architecture to eliminate error packets, hence improving the network efficiency.

Auto MDI/MDI-X - Automatic detection of cable types to eliminate the need for confusing crossover cables or crossover ports.
